Police Presence Day celebrated by Panipat Police

Panipat police celebrated Police Presence Day. Various police teams patrolled, checked, and lodged nakabandi presence. Suspicious persons and vehicles were kept under the eye.

Under the able leadership and guidance of the Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan, Police Presence Day was celebrated by the district police on Wednesday. The aim of the campaign was to address the masses. The police have to be made to exist so that the people could feel safe.

Under the campaign by the Superintendent of Police, special guidelines were already issued to all the station managers, CIA in-charges and outpost in-charges for effective patrolling and blockade in their respective areas. More and more police force present in the police station/outpost was deployed on patrol and blockade.

During this, the police force was specially deployed in the crowded markets, towns including shopping complexes, parks, and public places of the city. Suspicious persons found during the patrolling, blockade and checking have been thoroughly investigated. Women police personnel were also deployed on patrol and blockade. All the riders/PCRs have been on continuous patrol during the operation which lasted from 9 am to 3 pm. All the supervising officers gave directions to the subordinate officers during patrolling and checking in their respective jurisdictions.

Along with this, on Police Presence Day, the police made people aware of the deadly virus and infection caused by covid-19 and gave a message that by following the rules of Covid-19 stay healthy and stay safe.

Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan said that the police is trying to make every effort possible to protect life and property by running various campaigns for the protection of public interest at all times. He appealed to the general public to cooperate with the district police for maintaining law and order and peace in the area.
